Producer/songwriter, and creator of Never Normal Records is back with a brand new edition of her audio/visual beattape series: ZONEZ V.2 available today through the Zonez site and Bandcamp.
The project features 11 original productions by Suzi, including the debut of Workfloww– the production duo consisting of Analogue and DJ Earl – Suzi is also featured on DJ Earl’s debut album “Open Your Eyez”, releasing this Friday on Teklife Records. Artwork for Zonez comes as a collaboration with Nate James, Suzi and emerging visual artist Natalia Arias.
Drawing from musical ideas of her many communities, ZONEZ V.2 sound reflects Analogue’s experiences from the clubs (#000000 NN Da Club), to the streets (Gurl Sweatshirt), creating an intersection within the music itself and deploying her diversity as a producer.
The music for ZONEZ V.2, which Analogue says is “scored to her real life” comes with 7 visual ‘moods’ directed by Suzi, filmed by Adia Brinson that have been dropped daily as a countdown to ZONEZ V.2. Check out the full series of videos drops below!
