Situated in the heart of Calgary, AB, Canada, Beat Drop is a well-known Canadian electronic music school where students learn skills in music production, Djing and more. Recently, our own Suzi Analogue teamed up with Ableton to put on a production workshop class at the school, and today the videos are available to learn more and share about the music process.
Part 1 of 2 of the videos features an interview by Kendra S of CJSW Radio with Suzi sharing stories of her process and inspiration from her beginning in music.
Part 2/2 is a 60+ minute workshop on remixing, where Suzi explores chopping acapellas on Ableton and Serato Sample.
