LA-based Unspeakable Records have just released Volume 2 of their dope cassette tape series and we are continuously loving it. A follow up to Vol.1 that included original productions from rising names like Natasha Kmeto, NN’s own Suzi Analogue, Low Leaf and more; the music collection grows deeper.
Unspeakable Volume 2 continues in the same fashion, featuring 12 songs from 12 emerging women producers, some of which who are signed to the label, founded by Kate Ellwanger, musically know as Dot.
The tracks are a blend of serene sounds and creative experimental beats from familiar names like Astronautica, and heavy hitters like Ana Sia. The vibes are empowering to hear. These volumes are a beautiful new addition to today’s growing cassette collections – so if you’re new to Unspeakable this is definitely a great start.
